For Small Business Saturday, they are offering free refreshments, “selfies with Santa” and carolers and dancers throughout the city. Festivities continue with their Night of Lights starting at 5 p.m. with horse-drawn sleigh rides, entertainment, lighting of the Tree, Fireworks and more.
