Mercer County PA showcases a spectacular line-up of holiday celebrations to thrill the whole family. Bring your friends and family– it’s the perfect opportunity to get together and celebrate while kids are home from school and family members have traveled in for the holidays! Take a road trip to Mercer County PA and experience a calmer, less hectic holiday season without the hassle of traffic jams and high parking fees. In most cases, you can park directly in front of the attraction or event you want to visit at no cost. Mercer County PA is centrally located near Pittsburgh, Erie, PA, and Cleveland, OH.
Kraynak’s Christmasland — September 10 – December 31

Hermitage Holiday Light Parade – Saturday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m.
This annual event features over 80 participants in various categories. The parade begins at the intersection of East State Street and North Kerrwood Drive, travels east to the intersection of East State Street and Route 18, turns left, and proceeds to the entrance of the Shenango Valley Mall. This widely anticipated community event draws over 15,000 people to the Hermitage Business District. 724-983-0900
Christmas In The Park at Grove City Memorial Park – Nov. 25 – Jan. 2

Hemitage Historical Society Christmas Tours – Nov. 26 – 27 Festival of Christmas Trees. A 150-year-old brick Victorian, home of the Hermitage Historical Society, is decorated for the holidays with 30-plus trees, 13 rooms, halls, and grounds. Sat. and Sun.: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. 724-981-4843
Noel Night in Volant –Dec. 2, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Olde Town Grove City Light Up Night – Dec. 3, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade – Dec. 3, 5 p.m.
The parade travels from Main St. in Greenville to Central Park. Parade by lights, visit with Santa, enjoy hot chocolate in Central Park following the parade. 724-588-7150.
