MERCER COUNTY, Pa. – On Saturday, September 16 from 4 – 7 p.m. in Grove City’s Memorial Park, the Grove City Chamber is hosting its 4th Annual Foodie Fest. This event will be held in the Highland and Joseph D. Monteleone picnic shelters.
“Foodie Fest is an incredible event that is fun for all ages,” said Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Beth Black. “People love to try food and taste new things. Foodie Fest allows the community to sample food from restaurants and caterers that they have perhaps never tried before,” she said.
Attendees will be able to sample different foods that Mercer County PA restaurants are known for or to try new items that restaurants may be planning to add to menus. The cost to attend is only $10 per person for adults; $5 per child ages 3-12; and 2 and under are free. This fee enables attendees to sample food and enjoy the festivities.
Participating food vendors include but may not be limited to: AVI Food Systems/GCMC, beans on broad, Broad Street Grille, Cannon’s Chophouse, D’licious Bouquets, Dunkin Donuts, Eat’n Park, Elephant & Castle Pub andRestaurant, Guthrie Theatre (movie popcorn), Iceberg Root Beer, Joe Maxx Coffee Company, Main Street Diner, One Hot Cookie, Pizza Hut, Pizza Joe’s, Primanti Bros., Sheetz, Sweet Serenity Gourmet Cupcakes, and Weber Catering.
Live musical entertainment will be performed by Treebeard Brown.
The event will be held rain or shine. Tickets will be sold in advance at the Chamber office (119 S Broad Street, Grove City, PA) and will also be available for purchase the day of the event.
