The Gibson House invites guests to spend a pleasant December afternoon enjoying British High Tea as part of its annual Christmas fundraiser. This open-house event provides an opportunity to experience the historic manor, sample a variety of foods and drinks, and support ongoing preservation efforts.
A Relaxed Afternoon Tea Experience
Food will be served from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, offering a selection suited for both adults and children. Guests can expect:
Hot roast beef
Hot turkey with gravy
Macaroni and cheese for young children
Fresh salad
Cold sandwiches, including coronation chicken salad, egg salad, and traditional cucumber sandwiches
A variety of sweets and scones served with clotted cream
Signature manor beverages, including poinsettias and mimosas
Throughout the event, guests may also take a self-paced tour of the Gibson House, learning more about the building’s history and seasonal displays.
