Brew 32 Craft Brewery
Brew 32 Craft Brewery is serving up some great winter beers this season. You can enjoy their World Klaus Kolsh, a crisp and refreshing beer with 5.7% ABV, or enjoy their Sweetness Stout, a milk stout featuring smooth chocolate and malt notes. Cobblehaus Brewing Co at the Falls
Cobblehaus Brewing Co is the newest brewery in Mercer County. Their grand opening is on October 28th, 2022. Cobblehaus Brewing Co is set on a cliff, overlooking the Springfield Falls, and provides a unique scenic setting to relax and enjoy great craft beer. Their beer is inspired by olde-world masters of German and Belgian beer. Inside, guests will be greeted by spectacular views, and with a short walk they can be at the base of the Springfield Falls. The brewery features cornhole, firepits, and the remnants of the Springfield Furnace, an iron furnace built in the 1830s and in operation until 1862.
Hop Asylum Brewing
At Hop Asylum Brewing, you can find several great winter beers to enjoy. Their Freak Out Stout is a perfect choice for those cold winter days. This creamy milk stout offers a clean malt finish to please your palette. Get that bonfire feeling with their You’re Killin’ Me Smalls S’mores Stout with hints of chocolate and graham cracker for a unique taste!
