WINE DINNER AT LIBATIONS WINERY!

Libations Winery invites you to our very first Wine Dinner. Take a culinary tour of Italy while you enjoy wine pairings expertly selected to complement each of this dinner’s five courses. Wine pairings (15 ounces of wine total throughout the five-course dinner), dinner, and gratuity are included in the ticket price.

The dinner begins with Burrata Affogato, a creamy burrata and our house-made red sauce baked together in our custom-made wood-fired pizza oven. This is served with garlic bread crostini and paired with our Dechaunac wine. Continue with the second course, a Panzanella Salad paired with our Delaware wine. Enjoy this semi-sweet white wine with a delicious combination of ciabatta croutons, tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers tossed in a zesty vinaigrette. Following is the third course, a Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli paired with our Vidal Blanc wine. This course is a ricotta and spinach stuffed ravioli sautéed with a roasted tomato and basil beurre blanc. The fourth course features a Short Rib Ragu – a tender beef short rib cooked with root vegetables in a cabernet sauvignon sauce. This course is paired with our Cabernet Sauvignon. Finish off with the fifth course, an Olive Oil Cake. This house-made olive oil cake is topped with whipped mascarpone and candied lemon peel and is paired with our Edelweiss wine.

We make all our own wines and grow three of our own grapes. This first wine dinner includes the three wines that we grow ourselves – Edelweiss, Dechaunac, and Vidal Blanc.
