Tickets are $95 each and include a full buffet dinner and hors d’oeuvres, an open wine and champagne bar. Advance tickets on sale for the Christmas in July auction. The event benefits the historic preservation projects 2026/2027, which include the renovation of the lodge, the Belvedere, and the masonry roof of the manor, and, finally, ground-detection radar engineering to mark all faces of the underground tunnels beneath the paved parking lot behind the manor.
