Knockin Noggin is a hard cidery and winery themed around Sir Isaac Newton’s discovery of gravity. It is located in the Volant Mill at the heart of Volant. There are 6-8 hard ciders on tap with seasonal ciders constantly changing! We offer refillable growlers as well as bottles of cider. We also feature 4-6 wines on sale to enjoy on site or to take home!
