Buhl Park Golf Course, referred to by locals as “Dum Dum,” is the only free golf course in America, offering you and your fellow golfers an exciting day out on the greens!
Located in Hermitage PA, this course was established in 1914 by Frank Buhl, who had a vision for providing free golf on a public course.
Enjoy the rolling greens and challenging holes, with no green fees. When you arrive at the course, all you will need to do is sign in before you play. Donations are encouraged to help fund the golf course, but no payment is required to play.
Gather your group of golfing buddies and set out for a day of sunshine and friendly competition on the manicured greens of Buhl Farm Park Golf Course.
The golf course is open daily from 8 a.m. to dusk Monday through Thursday and beginning at 11 a.m. on Fridays.
Warm up before your round at the driving range. Driving range balls are available for purchase using cash, credit card, or a driving range pass, also available for purchase. A small bucket is $5, and a large bucket is $8.
The park also includes a series of trails for hiking, fitness, and biking as well as fishing on Lake Julia, a disc golf course, an outdoor pool, playgrounds, and more!
