The Grove City Area Historical Society & Museum will celebrate the opening of its 2026 Season on Monday, April 13, 2026, with a public open house. Come, celebrate opening day with us from 12-3 p.m., view the newest installments, and enjoy some light refreshments.
This year, as America marks 250 years of independence, we remember that the Grove City area’s own story began just 22 years later – in 1798, when the ink on the Constitution was barely dry. The families who built this town and the surrounding area were living the American experiment firsthand. Their story is in every room of our building.
Stop in, relive their stories, and celebrate our opening day with us. Homeschool families find our resources perfect for projects in a variety of areas of study. We are located at 111 College Avenue, Grove City, PA, and we are handicap accessible. Our seasonal hours are Monday from 6-8, Tuesday through Saturday from 12-3, staffed fully by volunteers and open for your enjoyment, free of charge.
