ACTS Performing Arts Fall & Winter Season is Kicking off September 26!

Exciting October Events at ACTS: Rocky Horror Picture Show and More!
If you love live theater, music, and unforgettable performances, mark your calendar: ACTS Performing Arts Center in Sharon is launching their fall and winter season on September 26, and this year’s lineup is stronger than ever.

Whether you prefer intimate cabaret‐style shows or full‐scale musicals, there’s something here for everyone.

Upcoming Shows at ACTS Performing Arts

The season opens with “ACTS Sings! Our Bucket List” from September 26–28 at 40 Below. This lighthearted kickoff lets ACTS performers share songs from shows they haven’t had the chance to stage yet. It’s a fun and relaxed way to discover hidden gems from the musical theatre world.

Next comes “The Mystery of Edwin Drood”, running October 10–12 and October 17–19 on the Main Stage. Based on Charles Dickens’ unfinished novel, this musical by Rupert Holmes adds a twist—the audience gets to help decide how the story ends, making every performance unique.

On November 8, ACTS welcomes Silver Springs: The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Experience for a one-night-only concert event. Expect all the classics, energy, and nostalgia of one of rock’s most beloved bands.

The holiday season wouldn’t be complete without “A Christmas Carol”, returning to the Main Stage December 5–7 and December 12–14. This timeless Dickens classic is filled with warmth, tradition, and festive spirit—perfect for families and holiday outings.

Looking ahead to winter, ACTS presents “Couples Therapy: The Theatrical Show” on February 7. This adult-themed performance blends comedy, improv, and stand-up for a hilariously candid look at relationships.

Spring heats up with “Jesus Christ Superstar”, running March 14–29. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s iconic rock opera delivers powerful music and unforgettable storytelling in a bold production.

Finally, the season wraps with Agatha Christie’s “Murder on the Orient Express”, playing May 8–17. Packed with mystery, suspense, and colorful suspects, this whodunit is sure to keep audiences guessing until the very end.
