Total Eclipse Celebration: April 6th-9th, 2024. On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America, passing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Parts of Mercer County will be in the eclipse direct path. Join Vacationland Campground on April 6th – 9th for a Total Eclipse Celebration.

Located adjacent to VacationLand is Maurice K. Goddard State Park. The park has 1,155 acres open to hunting, trapping, and dog training, and there is also great fishing on Lake Wilhelm. The 1,860 acre lake is stocked with walleye, bass, northern pike, catfish, muskellunge and a variety of pan fish. If you enjoy biking, the park has 12 miles of paved bike trail surrounding beautiful Lake Wilhelm, providing a memorable scenic ride. Hiking trails can be found throughout the park as well.
