Celebrate Juneteenth at the Farrell Veterans Square on Friday, June 13, and Saturday, June 14, 2025. The celebration will ensure that the community continues to be aware of the importance of Emancipation Day in 1865 by working together to project, give hope, and enrich the lives of every family we serve. It will demonstrate our integrity, Safety, Empowerment, Diversity, and collaboration within our community. In addition, The African American Cultural heritage will be promoted to the greater Mercer County area.

Friday, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, will be celebrated with food, vendors, and music.

Saturday begins with a parade at 10:30 AM, starting at the Shenango Valley Urban League, continuing down Roemer Blvd., entering our City’s Veteran’s Square. There will be community recognition of our unsung heroes in the community, local performances, music, vendors, and food.
