IXL Rehab, Exercise & Wellness Center is hosting a Youth Sports Camp targeting ages 10 – 13. The camp will help youth excel in the following areas: increase speed, agility & coordination, vertical jump, improved condition and balance along with team building skills. The camp includes: Fitlight agility & reaction time training; Vertimax jump training; Jump stretch resistance band training; Sport based plyometrics.
Preview Day – March 5th; $5/Participant
Full camp dates: Each Tuesday in June: June: 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th; 5:30 – 7:30 PM; Cost $50/Participant – $25 each additional family member.
